North Carolina State University, Civil Engineering Bachelor of Science, 1986. Wake Forest University, Master of Business Administration, 1991. Mark has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry and nearly 10 years in the structural engineering field.  Since working for Lysaght & Associates, P.A., he has been the project manager for governmental, educational, commercial, industrial and residential projects including, but not limited to, structural design using timber, steel, reinforced concrete, masonry, laminated wood, and light gauge steel. Mark has performed and managed special inspections, construction management/administration, and engineering duties at Lysaght & Associates.
