University of Texas in Architectural Engineering, Bachelor of Science, 1972. North Carolina State University, Master of Science, 1976. Formed Lysaght & Associates, P.A. in 1983. Chuck is an avid racquetball player and triathlete. He competes in five or six triathlons each year. And although he complains that most everyone in his age group has retired from the sport, it’s one reason he comes home with more medals than he used to!
